Cancellation & Refund Policy – Phoneli Phone Guard

At Phoneli Phone Guard , we strive to provide our customers with the best mobile guard services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your guard plan and the conditions for refunds.

1. Cancellation of Plan

• Customers can cancel their subscription by sending a request via email to support@phoneliphoneguard.com.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
• If cancellation is requested after the billing date, the current month’s subscription fee will not be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for:

• Partial months of service.
• Unused coverage within the billing cycle.
• Claims already raised or processed during the billing period.

Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Payment made but plan not activated within 72 hours.
• Failure of service delivery due to technical issues attributable to Phoneli Phone Guard.

3. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–14 working days of approval.
• Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
• Any processing fee charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds will be entertained in cases of fraudulent, false, or unverifiable claims.
• Plans canceled due to violation of Terms & Conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
