1. Introduction
Welcome to Phoneli Phone Guard. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile guard services.
By purchasing any plan, registering on our website, or making payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
"Company" means Phoneli Phone Guard, its subsidiaries, and authorized agents.
"Customer" means any individual who has purchased an guard plan from Phoneli Phone Guard.
"Device" means the mobile phone registered under the customer’s guard plan.
"Plan" means the selected guard package (Silver, Gold, or Diamond) purchased by the customer.
"Coverage Period" means the period during which the device is insured, starting 24 hours after payment confirmation.
3. Coverage Scope
3.1 Plans & Benefits
- Silver Plan (₹149/month) – Screen damage only (1 claim/year)
- Gold Plan (₹249/month) – Screen damage + accidental physical damage (2 claims/year)
Extra: Free pick-up & delivery for repair
- Diamond Plan (₹399/month) – Screen damage + accidental damage + theft (3 claims/year)
Extra: Free pick-up, delivery, and extended warranty
3.2 Conditions for Coverage
- Coverage starts 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Damage must occur during the coverage period.
- Device IMEI number must match the one provided at registration.
- Customer must submit required proof (photo/video, purchase bill, FIR for theft) within 48 hours of the incident.
4. Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Pre-existing damage before guard activation.
- Intentional or fraudulent damage caused by the customer.
- Damage due to liquid spillage (unless explicitly covered in plan).
- Normal wear & tear of the device.
- Loss without proof (no FIR or evidence).
- Accessories (charger, earphones, cases, etc.).
- Damage caused during illegal activities.
5. Claim Process
5.1 Steps to Raise a Claim
- Visit our official Claim page.
- Fill in your Guard ID and claim form.
- Upload required proof (photos/videos, FIR if theft).
- Submit claim within 48 hours of damage/theft.
- Wait for verification and approval within 48 business hours.
5.2 Claim Approval
- Approved claims will be repaired or replaced as per company’s discretion.
- In case of theft, monetary reimbursement will be up to the market value of the device after depreciation.
6. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate information during registration.
- Ensure payment of monthly premiums to keep the policy active.
- Report any damage/theft within 48 hours.
- Cooperate during verification (device inspection, providing documents).
7. Payment & Cancellation Policy
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Plans are billed monthly until canceled.
Cancellation must be requested via email at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No refunds for partial months or unused coverage.
8. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Maximum liability is limited to the sum insured or repair cost, whichever is lower.
The company reserves the right to reject fraudulent or unverifiable claims.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data (name, contact, device details) will be used only for claim processing and communication.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent, except when legally required.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
11. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date.
