Shipping Policy – Phoneli Phone Guard

1. General

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is part of the Terms and Conditions of Phoneli (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services, you (“Customer”, “User”, “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

• Phoneli provides mobile guard, protection, and repair services. In cases where a customer’s phone is required to be collected, repaired, and shipped back, this Policy shall govern the timelines and responsibilities of both parties.
• This Policy ensures transparency and sets clear expectations regarding delivery and timelines.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Once a customer’s phone is received at our authorized repair center, we aim to complete repair and deliver the device back to the customer within 14 business days.
• In certain cases, additional time may be required due to:
  • Unavailability of spare parts
  • Complex repair requirements
  • Regulatory/customs delays
  • Force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)
• In such cases, customers will be notified of the expected delay and provided with revised delivery timelines.

3. Delivery Method

• All repaired devices will be shipped via trusted courier/logistics partners.
• A tracking ID will be provided to customers once the shipment is dispatched.
• Deliveries will only be made to the registered address provided at the time of claim initiation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that the correct pickup and delivery address is provided. The Company will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• Customers must ensure that their device is securely packaged before handing it over for shipping to avoid transit damage.
• Any additional accessories (chargers, earphones, covers, SIM cards) should be removed before sending the device, as the Company will not be liable for their loss.

5. Shipping Costs

• Standard two-way shipping (pickup & delivery) may be included in certain plans; otherwise, charges may apply as per the plan or service agreement.
• Any additional re-shipping charges due to failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability will be borne by the customer.

6. Liability & Risk

• The Company takes utmost care in handling and shipping devices. However, once handed over to the logistics partner, the responsibility for transit lies with the courier.
• Any claims for loss or damage during transit must be raised directly with the courier service, though the Company will provide reasonable assistance.
• The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
