This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Phoneli (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Service & Refund Basis
Phoneli provides phone damage claim support services only.
This is not an insurance product.
Refunds are not automatic and are governed strictly by this policy.
2. Cooling-Off Period (7 Days)
A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of activation.
Refund requests raised within 7 days may be considered only if no claim has been filed.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved only if all conditions below are met:
Request raised within 7 days of activation
No claim request submitted
No misuse or misrepresentation detected
Service usage is minimal or nil
If these conditions are not met, refund will not be provided.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund shall be provided in the following situations:
Claim already filed or processed
Incorrect or false information provided at activation
Phone found damaged or ineligible during verification
Partial usage of service benefits
Request raised after 7 days from activation
Change of mind or lack of usage.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
Past payments are non-refundable, except as per Section 3.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback raised without contacting support first may result in permanent service termination
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full records, including WhatsApp confirmations and agreement logs.
8. Company Rights
Phoneli reserves the right to:
Approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion
Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
The Company’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
