1. Nature of Service
Phoneli provides phone damage claim support services only.
This service is not an insurance product.
Phoneli does not provide pickup, repair, replacement, or device exchange services.
Customers are responsible for arranging repairs on their own.
2. Eligibility
The service is applicable only to working and undamaged phones at the time of activation.
Phones that are already damaged, partially damaged, or non-functional at the time of activation are not eligible.
Eligibility is subject to verification by the Company.
3. Plans & Payments
Plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis, with payments collected monthly.
Plan prices, features, and claim limits are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.
Payment once made is subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Claim Support & Limits
Claim assistance is provided only after damage verification.
Claim amount is not guaranteed and depends on:
Type of damage
Extent of damage
Plan limits
Verification outcome
Claim assistance shall not exceed the maximum limit of the active plan.
5. Exclusions
Claims will not be supported in the following cases:
Pre-existing damage
Intentional damage or misuse
Theft or loss of device
Cosmetic wear and tear
Accessories damage (charger, earphones, case, etc.)
Damage due to unauthorized modifications
6. Verification Process
Customers must provide required information, images, videos, or documents for claim verification.
False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in claim rejection.
Phoneli reserves the right to reject any claim that fails verification.
7. No Guarantee Clause
Approval of any claim is not guaranteed.
The Company’s decision on claim approval or rejection shall be final and binding.
8. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Follow the claim process as communicated
Use the service for lawful purposes only
Misuse of the service may lead to termination without notice.
9. Termination of Service
Phoneli reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violation
Refuse service without prior notice if Terms are breached
10. Limitation of Liability
Phoneli shall not be liable for:
Repair quality or service center charges
Indirect or consequential losses
Claim rejection due to ineligibility
Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the subscription amount paid by the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, and materials on the website are the property of Phoneli and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Changes to Terms
Phoneli may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Saidpur / Uttar Pradesh] courts only.
